Refund and Returns
Overview
The return conditions apply to all items purchased at Drumo and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return those items within 12 days of receipt and we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Goods must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
To start a return, you can contact us at drumosport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your return to be processed from the time your return parcel is marked as delivered. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Drumo will not accept any customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.
